Exercise! Woot woot!
Okay so no one realllyyyy loves to exercise when thy have to right? Because I definitely like being outdoors and moving around but just not when I have to! I think that may be key when exercising comes to mind is mixing it up and doing stuff u enjoy! Below is my new sports bra (Target $12) and my Nike running shoes (Nike $60).
As u can tell they aren't very clean seeing how I went for a hike on a dusty trail and if u could my bra doesn't smell lovely either! But thankfully I'm not one of those vey lucky people, like my mom, who sweats a lot, I'm more like my dad who rarely sweats. So yay me! Life point right there! Ill explain that to u all another day... Possibly....
Any who so I love sports and running and hiking and kayaking and they all count as exercising even though they are fun! So when someone says time to workout think of t as more of time to have fun and play like when u were a kid because essentially when kids play they are working out. I think it's all about how your mind perceives it! Because I definitely had a hard time getting into exercising when I was 15 because I had a gym I went to and I got bored easily, and it was a little uncomfortable being surrounded by people who are fitter than you or stronger. So I hope this might make some of you go outside and enjoy that beautiful summer sun! And maybe have a picnic (good vitamin D!) or go for a walk (with a friend to chat!) or some other thing!
